Want to join our Solent meet up group?

If you’re aged 18-35 and you have bereaved at any stage of life, we would love you to join us at our meet up group in Solent, meeting some months in Portsmouth and other months in Southampton. The first meet up is being organised and will be announced soon.

Hosts

Our Hosts in Solent are Gemma and Emily. They can’t wait to meet you at the first meet up! Email solent@letstalkaboutloss.org if you want to chat to us before coming to a meet up.

Gemma

Gemma is a 22 year old trainee journalist who currently lives in Lee-on-the-Solent. After graduating in Politics, she hopes to pursue a career in community journalism. She enjoys pottery painting, Zumba and eating chocolate cereal whilst watching TV! She’s very excited to meet you all and encourages anyone who is nervous to come along.

Emily

Emily is a retail manager living in Southampton, she hopes to train as an English teacher next year. She loves food (both cooking and eating!), reading with endless cups of tea, and running. She’s really excited for the meet ups and knows they’re going to be really fun!

It’s a safe space only for those who have been bereaved, and you’ll be able to find out all the latest information about the meet ups. Request to join by clicking here.
