Bereavement Book Club

Welcome to Bereavement Book Club, a community of young people continuing the conversation around death through reading.

Grief is complicated and can feel impossible to put into words. Thankfully, lots of authors have managed it quite beautifully. Each month we pick a new book and talk about its themes so we can read, learn and heal together. The virtual gathering is a safe space to discuss and debate, moderated by Lauren Harris.

Our selections range from fiction and non-fiction, memoir and essay, uplifting and good for a cry—but they all have one theme in common: communicating the experience of missing a loved one.
