Amy is a 22 year old midwife from Exeter, and is extremely passionate about making a difference to peoples lives not just in work but outside too! She loves meeting new people and is a good listener. After losing her dad four years ago, she has wanted to share my experience to help others going through a rubbish time.

Emma is 27 and works in Impact & Partnership Development at the University of Exeter, where she is also a trained Mental Health First Aider. She enjoys seaside walks, seeing friends and cuddles with her baby niece! She is passionate about mental health awareness and has her own personal blog where she shares her experiences of grief, depression and anxiety. She is excited to meet others in Exeter with similar experiences so we can support each other.

If you would like more information, email exeter@letstalkaboutloss.org – we would love to chat to you!
