Want to join our Plymouth meet up group?

If you’re aged 18-35 and you have bereaved at any stage of life, we would love you to join us at our meet up group in Plymouth.

If you have any questions before the meet up, do email the hosts using plymouth@letstalkaboutloss.org.

Upcoming dates

Wednesday 29th July, 6pm – 7:30pm @ Plymouth Hoe

We were meant to have our first Plymouth meet up in March so we’re pretty pleased that we’re finally getting the group up and running with our first meet up later this month! It’s an in-person meet up, which means we will need to be really careful and safe.

Hosts Subhadra and Lottie will be at the Plymouth Hoe wearing Let’s Talk About Loss t-shirts from 6pm on Wednesday 29th July. At all times, everyone attending will be asked to stay at least 2m from each other, and you’ll be asked to provide your mobile number so that if anyone experiences symptoms up to three days after the meet up, you can text Subhadra and Lottie and they can let everyone know. If it’s you that experiences symptoms, don’t forget to drop us a text and keep us updated to make sure everyone is safe.

If you have any questions just email us via plymouth@letstalkaboutloss.org, or join the Facebook group, where we will post on the day with our exact location. Can’t wait to meet you!

Lottie works at the aquarium in Plymouth. She loves the ocean (surfing and lobsters in particular), walks, stand-up comedy (watching not performing!!), reading and old-fashioned pubs. She also has a goldfish called Chloe who definitely deserves a mention. Her mum died last year and since then she describes feeling totally lost. She is really looking forward to meeting others who have experienced grief, and to share those weird emotions that we can’t always explain to friends. She is looking forward to meeting you!

If you would like more information, email plymouth@letstalkaboutloss.org – our Plymouth Hosts would love to chat to you!
