DATE: May date coming soon!
DETAILS: We can’t wait to see you for our next meet up in Plymouth very soon, and catch up with how you’ve been!
Join our Facebook group
If you’re aged 18-35, have been bereaved, and live in Plymouth, you can join our Facebook group for people who have been to, or are wanting to come to, a meet up. It’s a safe space only for those who have been bereaved, and you’ll be able to find out all the latest information about the meet ups. Request to join by clicking here.
If you don’t have access to Facebook, that’s no problem! Email us to chat about the next Plymouth meet up. Our email is email@example.com or you can use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Photo and bio coming soon!
Lottie works at the aquarium in Plymouth. She loves the ocean (surfing and lobsters in particular), walks, stand-up comedy (watching not performing!!), reading and old-fashioned pubs. She also has a goldfish called Chloe who definitely deserves a mention. Her mum died last year and since then she describes feeling totally lost. She is really looking forward to meeting others who have experienced grief, and to share those weird emotions that we can’t always explain to friends. She is looking forward to meeting you!
How will I know where you are?
Our meet up Hosts will be wearing white t-shirts with Let’s Talk About Loss written on them, so you can spot us in a crowd!
Will everyone be sad?
Definitely not. Although we’ve all been bereaved, we aim to have lots of fun at meet ups and chat about lots of things, not just grief. You won’t be asked or expected to share your grief story unless you want to.
What will we do?
Most of our meet ups are activity based, so we are doing something and not just sitting around chatting. We hope you’ll have lots of fun!
How do I sign up?
You don’t need to tell us you’re coming along – feel free to just turn up! If you want to chat to someone before coming along, email us using the form on this page, and we can always meet you beforehand.
